Brussels, 1 March 2024 — The Zero Emissions Platform (ZEP), the trusted advisor to the EU on industrial carbon management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eadbhard Pernot as its new Policy and Advocacy Director. Eadbhard joins ZEP from the environmental NGO, Clean Air Task Force, where his work on climate action and carbon capture and storage has established him as a notable advocate for industrial carbon management.

Eadbhard Pernot stated about this new role, “ZEP has been a leader in bridging research, innovation, and project development with policy advocacy for nearly 20 years. I am eager to utilise ZEP’s leading role in Brussels to ensure industrial carbon management can have the greatest climate impact in Europe.”
