Rosa is ZEP’s Office Manager. She oversees office operations, including filing systems, supplies, IT infrastructure, inventory, appointments, and HR support for policies and onboarding. She also manages travel arrangements, invoicing and payment follow-ups, and organize team-building activities.

She studied in France, where she completed a BTS, and has gained international work experience in Singapore, France, and Peru. Her mother tongue is Spanish, she also speaks English, French, and Italian.

She enjoys traveling, cycling, and knitting, and has a strong interest in giving back to the community. She previously volunteered with a Blind Association in Singapore and with The Salvation Army in France.
