Konstantin Philipp has a background in economics and political science and is currently in the process of finishing his master’s degree in environmental technology and international affairs. He supports ZEP in their research endeavours to better inform policymakers on Industrial Carbon Management (ICM). Leveraging his interdisciplinary background, he is working on different areas of the ICM process, such as the ETS, CO₂ transport infrastructure, and the financing of such projects. Originally from Vienna, Konstantin joined the Brussels-based secretariat in July 2025.
